Sermoon Series
Fully enclosed and silent, the Sermoon series is engineered for advanced materials and clean indoor environments — perfect for engineering and studio spaces. From the compact Sermoon V1 Pro built for quiet desk-side operation to the dual-nozzle Sermoon D3 engineered for advanced dual-material production — this is the Creality line for workplaces, studios, and engineering labs where open-frame machines simply don't belong.
Every Sermoon printer ships fully enclosed — not as an optional upgrade. The enclosure is the foundation of reliable ABS/ASA printing and the reason the Sermoon series belongs in professional environments.
Silent TMC stepper drivers reduce motor noise to ~40 dB on the V1 Pro. Run prints during office hours, in classrooms, and in open-plan workspaces without disrupting the environment around you.
HEPA + activated carbon filtration on the Sermoon D3 scrubs VOCs and fine particles from ABS and ASA printing. The Sermoon series is designed to operate safely in shared indoor environments.
175×175×165mm fully enclosed desktop printer with silent TMC drivers, CR Touch auto leveling, and a clean design built for offices, classrooms, and personal workstations.
300×250×300mm fully enclosed FDM with dual direct drive nozzles, 300°C hotends, HEPA + carbon filtration, and soluble support capability for advanced engineering workflows.
Open-frame FDM machines expose their mechanics, produce motor noise, and struggle with ABS warping due to ambient temperature variation. Fully enclosed machines trap heat for consistent thermal conditions (critical for ABS and ASA), contain filament debris, suppress motor sound, and present a contained aesthetic that's appropriate for professional environments. The Sermoon series takes enclosure further — adding HEPA filtration, silent drivers, and dual-nozzle capability depending on model.

Which Sermoon is Right for You?
You want a 3D printer on or next to your desk that doesn't make noise, doesn't look industrial, and doesn't require maintenance sessions between prints. The V1 Pro's silent operation and CR Touch leveling mean it runs without demanding attention.
Classrooms and school print labs benefit from the V1 Pro's enclosed design (no accessible hot or moving parts), silent operation (non-disruptive during lessons), and auto leveling (reliable first layers without manual tuning by students).
Need reliable large-format ABS or ASA for functional parts, enclosures, outdoor-rated hardware, or engineering prototypes? The Sermoon D3's full enclosure and 300°C hotends provide the thermal environment and temperature headroom that ABS printing demands.
If you need complex geometries with clean internal surfaces — mechanical assemblies, undercut features, hollow parts — the Sermoon D3's dual direct drive and PVA/HIPS soluble support capability produces results no single-nozzle machine can achieve.
Small design studios and engineering departments running production prototypes benefit from the Sermoon D3's Ethernet connectivity, HEPA filtration, and 300×250×300mm volume for full-scale component prototyping in a shared workspace.
What Can Dual-Material Printing Do?
Print complex geometries with PVA or HIPS support material from nozzle two. After printing, dissolve in warm water or limonene. The result: perfectly clean internal channels, smooth support contact surfaces, and zero manual removal damage — impossible with single-nozzle support removal.
Print two colours or two materials in a single part — rigid body with flexible TPU grips, ABS structure with HIPS logos, or colour-split functional assemblies. Slicer-generated colour split files define where each nozzle deposits, enabling multi-material single-piece prints.
The combination of enclosed chamber (reliable ABS) and dual nozzle (soluble HIPS) unlocks the highest-quality engineering prototype workflow available on a desktop FDM printer. Large ABS parts with complex internal geometry, clean surfaces, and no support witness marks.
Dual nozzle printing requires a purge tower — a small disposable block at the plate edge where each nozzle purges before material switches. Initial XY and Z nozzle offset calibration takes 30–45 minutes. After calibration, the workflow runs automatically via standard dual-extrusion slicer profiles.
