8K+ Mono LCD — 0.048mm XY Resolution
The Halot Mage S's upgraded 8K+ panel achieves 0.048mm XY resolution — 6% sharper than the 0.051mm Halot Mage and Mage Pro. At jewellery and dental scale, this difference is visible in stone-setting detail and tooth anatomy. For figurine sculptors and competitive miniature painters, the Mage S holds detail that the standard 8K platform cannot fully resolve.
1.0 s Layer Time — The Fastest in the Halot Series
At 1.0s minimum layer time, the Halot Mage S is 17% faster than the Mage Pro (1.2s) and 33% faster than the standard Halot Mage (1.5s). At the same 2000-layer print, the Mage S saves 16.7 minutes over the Mage Pro and 33 minutes over the standard Mage. For production labs, this translates to one additional plate per shift.
Smart Resin Level Detection
A sensor continuously monitors resin level in the vat during printing. The machine alerts the user when resin falls below the required level for the current layer — preventing the dry-run failures that destroy prints and waste hours of production time on long jobs. A feature absent from both the Mage and Mage Pro.
260mm Z Height — 30mm More Than Mage/Mage Pro
The Halot Mage S extends build height to 260mm — 30mm more than the 230mm standard Halot Mage and Mage Pro. For tall single-piece prints (full-face masks, busts, figurine full bodies, tall dental models), this extra 13% Z headroom matters. Less vertical splitting, more continuous parts, cleaner seam-free results.
Tilt-Release FEP Mechanism
The Mage S inherits the tilt-release FEP mechanism from the Mage Pro. Progressive peeling reduces layer separation force, extends FEP lifespan, and enables the 1.0s layer time that would be impractical with standard straight-pull peel. A production-critical mechanical feature on any machine running at sustained high speed.
Dual Linear Rail Z-Axis
Twin hardened linear rails on the Z-axis maintain pure vertical travel across the full 260mm build height. The combination of tilt-release mechanics and dual-rail stability means the build plate experiences minimal deflection or play at every layer — preserving dimensional accuracy on demanding long-running prints.
Integrated Air Purification
Activated carbon filtration built into the chassis scrubs VOCs and resin fumes continuously during printing.
