Halot Mage Pro
8K Resolution. Production Throughput. Zero Compromise.
Tilt-release FEP mechanism, 1.2s layer time, and dual linear rails — the Halot Mage Pro is engineered for users who need the same 0.051mm 8K resolution as the Mage, with a 20% throughput advantage for batch and production workflows.
Everything You Need. Nothing You Don't.
The key features that make the Halot Mage Pro stand out in its class.
Tilt-Release FEP Mechanism
Instead of pulling the build plate straight up to separate the cured layer from the FEP film (which creates significant suction force), the Mage Pro's tilt mechanism peels the layer progressively from one edge. This dramatically reduces separation force, enabling faster layer transitions, extending FEP lifespan, and improving reliability on large cross-section parts that would otherwise fail on standard-peel machines.
1.2 s Minimum Layer Time
The tilt-release mechanism enables 1.2s minimum layer times — 20% faster than the Halot Mage's 1.5s. On a 100-layer batch print, this saves 30 seconds. On a 2000-layer production run, that is 10 minutes per plate. For commercial resin labs printing 8–12 plates per day, the throughput gain translates directly to measurable capacity and revenue.
10" 8K Mono LCD
The same 10-inch 8K mono panel as the Halot Mage — 0.051mm XY resolution across a 228×128mm platform. Jewellery detail, miniature faces, dental anatomy, and micro-engineering components all benefit from the 8K precision that the Mage Pro shares with its sibling.
Dual Linear Rail Z-Axis
Dual hardened linear rails on the Z-axis eliminate tilt, play, and deflection across the full 230mm build height. Combined with the tilt-release mechanism, the build plate experiences minimal mechanical stress per layer — preserving dimensional accuracy on tall parts that would exhibit Z-wobble or layer shift on inferior Z-axis designs.
Integrated Air Purification
Activated carbon filtration built into the machine body scrubs VOCs and resin fumes during printing. The Mage Pro operates in shared home and studio environments without requiring a separate fume extraction system — critical for commercial micro-studios and dental labs in office buildings.
Production-Optimised Workflow
Tilt release, faster layer times, and the integrated air purifier combine to create a production-ready workflow: plate after plate, hour after hour, with predictable throughput. The Mage Pro is the machine for jewellers, dental technicians, and miniature designers who need a reliable daily production volume.
228×128×230mm Build Volume
Identical build volume to the standard Halot Mage — a production advantage, since all plating layouts, support files, and batch configurations transfer directly between the two machines. Scale from hobbyist to production without redesigning your workflow.
HALOT-BOX Slicer Compatibility
HALOT-BOX includes Mage Pro-specific exposure profiles tuned for the 1.2s layer time and tilt-release mechanism. Chitubox and Lychee Slicer users can import Mage Pro profiles directly. The faster layer time is accessible in all major slicers via machine settings.

Common Questions
Standard resin printers separate each cured layer from the FEP film by pulling the build plate straight up — creating a suction force proportional to the layer's cross-section area. Tilt-release peels the layer progressively from one edge instead, reducing peak separation force by 60–80%. This allows faster layer times, extends FEP lifespan (less mechanical stress per layer), and improves reliability on large flat cross-sections that commonly cause standard-peel failures.
